HOW WILL YOU DEAL WITH THE INCREMENTAL ADDITION OF NEW PROPERTIES? WILL YOU GIVE THEM A REGULAR UPDATE OF HANDOVERS SO THEY CAN ISSUE OR WILL YOU PROVIDE IN HANDOVER PACKS?

In the past, we have given our clients copies of the introductory letters to be placed in all starter packs, to enable the new tenant to contact us for anything parking related. In terms of the initial permit issue, we can issue them to the managing agents/housing associations so they can handover the permits once the property has been occupied.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE SELLS OR MOVES? DO THEY NEED TO NOTIFY PPM AND PROVE THAT THEY ARE THE NEW OCCUPIER TO GET THE NEW PERMIT?

We urge residents to leave their permits for the new tenants/residents. However, this is not always the case. In the event that permits are not left, the new resident must either call us to order new ones. The new resident will be supplied with a dispensation code to allow parking whilst they are waiting for delivery of their permit. PPM will cancel the old serial numbers for that address ensuring we alleviate any permit misuse and abuse

HOW DO I ORDER NEW OR REPLACEMENT PERMITS

In order for you to receive new or replacement permits you must order these permits over the telephone by calling 0207 100 2929 during normal working hours of M-F 9am till 5pm

CAN YOU ISSUE STAFF/TRADE PERMITS?

We can indeed. We can either issue a bundle of staff/contractor permits to the managing agents and housing association or we can upload trusted vehicle registrations onto a back office system to allow parking on site.
