Parking Charge Notification (PCN) as the subject
If you do not email your evidence OR include the PCN number as the subject reference, the appeal will be reviewed without the additional evidence

Representative with letter of authority – if you are acting on behalf of a third party, we require written signed and dated authority (including their full address) from the party you are representing to confirm they wish you to represent them in this matter.
